Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Our Sales representatives are a very important part of our family. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life and no two days will be the same.   • Become an expert in advertising's value proposition and how clients and agencies buy online ads
  • Onboard new advertising prospects and re-activate returning advertising clients
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Appropriately communicate with clients
  • Be the main point of contact of for new advertising prospects and customers, from answering ad hoc questions related to our self-service platform to maximizing product diversity adoption
  • Manage and prioritize your book of business (opportunities)

Qualifications

We’re looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.

Quota driven individuals with great negotiation, storytelling and strong communication skills via phone and email. Organized, and hard-working. Interest and passion for digital media and innovation

  • 2 – 3 years experience in sales and/or digital marketing
  • Proven record of driving revenue
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate or GED

What We Prefer

  • 3 years’ experience in sales and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of how a marketing/digital agency works, buys and sells
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Managing a pipeline of both leads and opportunities 
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business and/or equitable experience with digital marketing and ad sales, ideally at a marketing/digital agency
  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) and Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides, Outreach)
