We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Web Developer to join our team. In this crucial role, you'll address intricate technical issues and navigate software performance challenges. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from internal applications to customer-facing websites and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced web development tasks across all our projects.
• Apply your technical expertise to solve complex challenges, spanning from production performance to new feature architecture and contract negotiations.
• Act as a critical escalation point, proficiently translating complex technical issues into clear, business-level language.
• Adopt a solution-oriented mindset, focusing on root-cause analysis for internal delivery issues to prevent their recurrence.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and our internal team during project discovery to capture technical requirements accurately.
• Work hand-in-hand with our business development and strategic leadership teams to uncover new technology opportunities that align with our company's strategic goals.
• Define overarching project features and underlying requirements, and collaborate with the program lead to estimate associated costs and timelines.
• Coordinate with client technology teams and external vendors, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions and clear definition of responsibilities.
• Assess hardware and software platforms for client projects and internal applications, considering both present needs and future growth.
• Oversee the setup of required services, workflows, and tools to support the full development lifecycle. This includes code creation, storage, review, deployment, and documentation for distributed development teams.
• Help in establishing QA standards for all digital deliverables.
• Work alongside IT to ensure both internal and external developers have appropriate access to shared resources.
• Stay updated with technology trends that could impact development practices and share these insights within the company.
• Work with the program lead to delegate project responsibilities across multiple teams.
• Maintain documentation of work progress to inform adjacent team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field, along with a strong background in web development.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in web and software development.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing new website projects.
• Comprehensive experience in enterprise-scale web development, performance improvement, and deployment initiatives.
• Ability to balance the demands of multiple internal and external clients in an agency setting.
• Strong resource planning and priority management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for hands-on resolution of real-time escalations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Forward-thinking approach to enhancing development processes, with a history of driving process improvements.
• Innate curiosity and drive to stay abreast of industry trends, and a track record of implementing tools that add value to internal teams and clients.
• Experience delegating work across multiple projects and working with off-shore teams. 

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PHP (WordPress), Shopify, NodeJS, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of ReactJS, Flutter, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with hosting platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with payment gateways such as Stripe.
• Experience with CI/Deployment tools like Jenkins.
• Proficiency in using build tools like NPM and Webpack.
• Experience with version control systems like Git/Github.

Working in-office preferred, hybrid optional.
