Teladoc Health, Inc. seeks Sr Product Manager at its facility located at 990 Villa Street, Mountain View, CA 94041. Lead highly visible and critical initiatives that materially impact the trajectory of the company. This includes end to end ownership of new products, features, and experiments with focus on org products -- both business and consumer facing products. Optimize the org products and growth strategy for different types of organizations including build product, sales, and marketing features to unlock scalable growth. Work closely with the org sales team, attend client calls, initiate, evaluate, and prioritize ideas, gather requirements, and create specifications for all org product changes that will achieve maximum impact and benefit. Analyze and quantify the impact and success of each product change have made, and then draw conclusions and plan next steps based on actual data. Collaborate with the development and design teams before, during, and after each "sprint" to maximize resources' efficiency, utilization, and happiness. Partner with the design team, create a user experience that is both delightful and effective. Perform UAT and functional QA to make sure launching only good stuff. Internally, work cross functional with all parts of the company (development, support, marketing, business development, operations) to (a) convert their insights into product improvements; and (b) to convey the performed changes to them and to make sure they are being integrated and used effectively. Externally, connect with all external stakeholders (clients, members, providers, marketing channels, business partners, regulators) both inbound and outbound to make sure the product is meeting their needs and requirements. Participate in setting the strategy and long-term direction for the organization - both within and beyond the context of product. Continually seek ways to improve everything do and optimize the value that bring to the stakeholders.

REQS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. 8 years of experience as a Product Manager. In the alternative, employer will also accept Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience as a Product Manager. The applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Building business to business (b2b) software products. (2) Building business to consumer (b2c) software products. (3) Marketplace based business models containing a supplier and consumer component. (4) Product data analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude. (5) Designing and running a/b tests. (6) Mockup and design tools such as Figma. (7) Reading basic code and write SQL queries. (8) Running performance advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Search and Google Display ads.
