The Director of Resident Services Program & 504 Coordinator provides oversight of effective and efficient operations of the department and staff, to include Resident Services Supervisors (RSS) and Resident Service Coordinators (RSC) by streamlining collaboration, simplifying processes, and implementing open communications for positive outcomes.
Accountable for coordinating and implementing all TRM's direct and contracted resident services programming. The Director of Resident Services Programs oversees that the RSS are effectively supervising the quality of program management, service delivery, program implementation, staffing issues, staff development, and community support for the portfolio.
The incumbent is the designated 504 Coordinator. Accountable to ensure Civil Rights compliance is adhered to by monitoring and implementing TRM/TPM’s process to be in compliance with state and federal laws prohibiting disability discrimination, including Section 504, Title II of the ADA.
Maintains a working knowledge of federal, state, and local affordable housing program requirements, including general regulations governing rental housing and fair housing laws; ensures consistency in implementation and practice of organizational policies. Oversees and manages updates of the 504 Process and Resident Service Coordinator Department in manuals, organizational forms, policies, and practices in business operations. Incumbent does research and analyzes changing and/or new laws and regulatory requirements related to service coordination and fair housing
The Director of Resident Services Program is responsible for the department operational outcomes by collaborating with the organizations senior management to implement and create a universal understanding of social and aging matters that affect TRM/TPM communities to age in place with dignity.

Constantly (6-8 hours per day) -Sitting, Using hands to finger, handle or feel (computer operation)
Occasionally (up to 3 hours per day)-Standing, Walking, Stooping/Bending, Reaching with hands and arms, Lifting of up to 20 lbs.
Work Environment & Exposures
Position may require occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, vibration and loud noise levels. Will be exposed to varying weather conditions, soil, pollen, grass and plant materials and fertilizer while working; will be exposed to cleaning solutions of home strength; may be exposed to industrial strength solutions for pest control, paints or solvents. Hazards: Occasionally exposed to biohazards such as blood borne pathogens, sewage, building waste.
