Position : Assembler II

Location : Marietta OH45750

Duration : 12 Months

Job Type : Contract

Work Type : Onsite

Shift : Mondayto Friday 05 : 50 AM to 02 : 20 PM

Overtime : Available but dependent onbusiness needs and OT hours would have early starts or latefinishes.

Responsibilities :

• Follows all safety procedures and performs allduties using required safety equipment according to companypolicies and practices.
• Review work ordersfor product specifications and requirements.
• Visually inspects components and completed units duringassembly for quality and accuracy.
• Selects& assembles parts and assemblies together in proper sequence bydrilling holes adding rivets screws braces tape etc.

to meetspecifications.

• Select appropriatesubassemblies or component parts and install them in the unitaccording to design specifications.
• Applieswiring harnesses sensors and other electrical components in thecabinet as per specifications.
• Uses a widerange of hand tools drills rivet gun saw hypot tester hacksaw anddrill press.
• Completes assembly processes tofinish the unit in a specified sequence.
• Ensures that the completed unit meets specified qualitystandards prior to moving the unit to the next workstation.
• Operator must be able to foam completedcabinets according to engineering specifications.
• Cleans immediate work area on a daily schedule. Performsother duties as requested by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Beginner Computer skills or willingness tolearn.
• 12 years of manufacturing experiencewith demonstrated product assembly.
• Ability tofrequently lift up to 35 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to readinterpret and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints as shown inSOE.
• Ability to read and differentiate partnumbers labels and work instructions.
• Standing bending reaching and handling bulky parts arecommon to the job.
• Prior cGMP manufacturingexperience.
