Job Description:

• Perform hand calculations and detailed analysis to address structural challenges.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure analysis accuracy.
• Document and deliver results following Raytheon standards.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor analysis teams.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related Engineering with 5 years of structural analysis experience.
• Proficiency in structural analysis using ANSYS, NASTRAN, MSC Patran, or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical principles for classical structural analysis.
• Experience with Windows and Office Suite.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain government security clearance.

Desired Skills:

• 6 years of experience in structural analysis of complex systems.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience in Flutter, Dynamic shock, and vibration analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for program support.
• Familiarity with CAD tools.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or related fields preferred.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM preferred.

Measurement of Success:

• Regular progress reports, kickoff meetings, and task closure peer reviews.

Salary: $70.00 - $76.00 per hour
