Position Overview

Project Manager is responsible for overseeing planning, procurement, implementation, and progress monitoring of specific projects, which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables while ensuring the Company delivers the best achievable customer experience and satisfaction for our Clients. Project Manager is the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the heads of various departments in an organization before the problem escalates to higher authorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with colleagues during definition of the scope of the project in cooperation with UT dept, vendors and other departments.
  • Develop a detailed project work plan, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project coordinating with referent person from department involved and vendors.
  • Define and communicate that the projects objectives are clear, useful and within scope
  • Work with different departments head or designated person procuring the projects requirements like workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed to accomplish project objectives
  • Strive to maintain the mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits and minimizes costs.
  • Identify, manage projects risks and develop mitigating actions together with project team, managing the constraints of project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope and quality.
  • Manage the PDI (Preliminary Delivery Inspections) in E80 headquarters with the customer and projects team in E80 head quarter.
  • Execute the projects according to the projects plan ensuring project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality, in order to achieve best customer satisfaction.
  • Use forms and records to document projects activities.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge: strong knowledge of Project Management processes and procedures, strongly preferred knowledge of automated guided vehicles, material handling and robotic systems
  • Education: Engineering, PMP certification is a plus
  • Language: Italian language would be a plus.
  • Travel: approximately 50% based on projects requirements in order to execute projects within constraints of project management triangle and customer satisfaction

  • Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
  • Plan: determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
  • Solve Problems: assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
