**Job Summary:**
As the Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing CSI's marketing projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient completion of marketing initiatives, on time and within budget, while also collaborating with the VP of Marketing and Admissions to identify and implement effective lead generation campaigns. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing social media marketing, including creating and scheduling posts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Management Expertise:**
- Take ownership of marketing projects, defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with CSI's goals.
2. **Effective Timeline Management:**
- Develop project timelines, set milestones, and closely monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a strong commitment to project schedules.
3. **Resource Allocation Mastery:**
- Efficiently manage project resources, encompassing budgets, personnel, and tools.
- Monitor budget constraints and optimize resource utilization.
4. **Clear Communication:**
- Serve as the central communication hub between marketing teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment for idea sharing and constructive feedback.
5. **Lead Generation Leadership:**
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and Admissions to identify lead generation opportunities and strategies.
- Implement effective lead generation campaigns that align with CSI's marketing objectives.
6. **Social Media Management:**
- Oversee CSI's social media presence, including content creation and scheduling posts.
- Develop engaging social media strategies to enhance our online presence and audience engagement.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing context.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
