The company is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate to join their team as a Project Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s executive team, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing valuable insights to support the continued success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling skills to ensure accurate cash and capital tracking.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, conduct market analysis, and evaluate acquisitions, and create predictive models and budgeting strategies.

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the precision of all financial analyses and project assessments.

  • Undertake special projects and analyses for the firm’s Principal, contributing to informed decision-making at the highest level.

  • Comfortably engage in travel up to 2 times per month, balancing on-site project oversight with office-based responsibilities.

  • Collaborate effectively with executives, showcasing confidence in speaking, pitching, and presenting to partner-level individuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

  • Proven time management skills to successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills encompass building, modeling, waterfall analysis, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Argus Enterprise, RealPage Asset Monitoring, and Microsoft Office.

  • 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Finance, with a focus on multi-family, Class A, retail, commercial, or industrial properties.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, showcasing reliability and organizational prowess.

  • Professional, energetic, and positive demeanor, with superb customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
