Shift and schedule: (7 am – 3 pm), Monday through Friday. Must be available to work weekends and overtime, on-call.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
The most important qualifications the right individual will possess are a strong work ethic, strong leadership qualities, including excellent communication skills and a personable and positive attitude. Strong management and supervisory skills are critical to guide and train maintenance personnel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with teamwork, are necessary when interacting with all company personnel. Having a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, welding/fabricating, and hydraulics/pneumatics equipment is critical to maintain and increase the efficiency of the equipment. Problem solving, attention to detail, and time management is critical for finding the best repair solution. Proficiency with computers and engineering software applications is essential. This is a manufacturing environment, which means you will be expected to engage with your team consistently throughout your shift while exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. You will also be on your feet for most of the day. The plant maintenance manager must be flexible. Controlled change is constant and the willingness and ability to adapt is essential.
