Role Description

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to contribute to the day-to-day business operations in manufacturing and material handling conveying equipment. Administrative correlation, schedule trainings, implementation inspection of policies as well as process the necessary support documentation.

Ensure appropriate record keeping/filing and allowing smooth flow of work for the entire staff and client support.

Applies experience along with knowledge of office procedures to accurately ensure month end reporting. Promptly answer and direct all calls, making sure that all clients are responded to.

Document and record incidents and compliance.

Work closely with job costing details, and accuracy.

Track and follow through with customers and staff regarding month end, work in progress, and payments. Maintain purchase orders and sales orders. Other tasks may be needed such as unloading/loading shipments.

· Valid Driver’s License

· QuickBooks experience

· Pass Background Check

· Be Able to Lift a Minimum of 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
