Job Description:
All Pro Building Maintenance is seeking a Night Lead/Operations Manager in Kent

All Pro Building Maintenance provides maintenance and janitorial throughout Washington. We are currently seeking an extremely motivated night lead/operations manager to lead the portfolio and employees assigned to their team.

Will perform inspections of buildings to ensure cleanliness, secure and safe operations. Take corrective action as needed. Looking for a professional who can go to facilities to interact with our clients and understand their concerns and requests. Providing great customer service and appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures quality and satisfaction levels meet or exceed expectations.
• Assures the highest quality of services.
• Conducts quality improvement inspections.
• Train, coach, develop, discipline, and motivate your supervisors and team members.
• Perform maintenance/janitorial tasks as needed.
• Manage staff, work schedules, cleaning plans, time & attendance records, and labor budgets.
• Execute the cleaning plan for each of the buildings, including how the team will manage staffing for absenteeism.
• Stay connected with clients through email or phone to make sure they are satisfied with the work.
• Oversees and performs cleaning/maintenance as required/needed.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years’ experience.
• Experience leading and managing full-time and part-time hourly workforce employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with others at all levels.
• Strong work ethic. Willing to work as needed to get the job done.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish/English
• Must have clean driving record.
• Hours start at 3 pm. Work week is Friday - Tuesday. Off on Wed & Thursdays

Wage: $68,000 – annual salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 per year
