• 12-hour shift

Job Description:

• Maintain the manufacturing equipment and support systems in the manufacturing and shipping departments
• Coordinate workload of time, labor and materials for projects or break-downs
• Research new/used equipment parts availability, requisition purchase orders, and place parts/materials orders to vendors
• Collaborate with accounting department on troubleshooting invoices, purchase orders, payroll, and new vendor accounts
• Design new machinery and equipment for increased production
• Schedule service calls for major equipment repairs and schedule
• Maintain the manufacturing equipment and support systems in the manufacturing and shipping departments
• Coordinate workload of time, labor and materials for projects or break-downs
• Research new/used equipment parts availability, requisition purchase orders, and place parts/materials orders to vendors
• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate assignments
• Tool Shop Description to be added to Maintenance Technician Opening
• Must be able to work nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Tool Maintenance/Machinist/Maintenance Technician
• Experience Sets up and operates standard tool room equipment, such as lathes, milling machine and grinders to machine parts for die casting equipment and machine tools and die pins.
• Makes repairs and changes to dies and pins and molds.
• Works from blueprints and drawings; uses precision measuring tools; makes slides, ejector pins, cores, and pinions
• Clean and inspect dies and pins cavities.
• Remove pins and dies stuck in tooling housing. dismantles and reassemble.
• May occasionally operate a forklift.
• Inspects for quality, defects, and deviations from specifications
• Responsible for quality of work and to appropriately resolve unusual operating condition
• Willingly modifies work schedule and duties to accommodate Company needs.

Salary: $22.92 - $27.61 per hour
