Job Overview:
The Construction Project Scheduler will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project schedules. They will play a vital role in maintaining, updating, and quality controlling schedules for multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project scheduling, preferably in the life science and healthcare sectors, and possess advanced proficiency in scheduling software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project superintendent or project manager to maintain and update project schedules.
• Perform quality control checks on schedules produced by company.
• Convert MS Project schedules produced by company.
• Manage multiple project schedules as part of the Global all Project Dashboard.
• Generate variance reports and provide necessary explanations.
• Provide one-on-one scheduling training to project teams.
• Assist in preparing Monthly Schedule Narratives.
• Contribute to the development of Time Impact Evaluations/Analysis (TIE/TIA).
• Offer scheduling assistance for pre-construction projects.
• Ensure adequate documentation of project delays and assist in recovery planning.
• Incorporate Last Planner techniques into scheduling processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling on large construction projects, with a preference for experience in life science and healthcare sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) Scheduling Software, MS Project, Allucent, and Schedule Validator.
• Strong understanding of the theories, principles, and practices of CPM scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
