Customer Service Representative (Please make sure to read the full job description)

Troy, MI ($17.00 USD/hour) (Paid Training)

Training: Training schedule is 9:30-6 for the first four week

Hours/Days: Mon -Fri - 10:30 am - 7:00 pm Will fully train on-site for at least the first 3 to 4 weeks. After this, candidate may be able to go on a hybrid schedule. hybrid schedule is 2 days on-site and 3 days remote

Skills/Qualifications:

REQUIRED TO HAVE:

At least 6 months to a year of CALL CENTER experience.

ONE YEAR of Customer Service experience or management experience

must be able to type at least 35 WPM

Great verbal, typing and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for handling 50-80 inbound calls.

Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.

The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.

Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required.

NICE TO HAVE:

***Insurance or Mortgage experience***

Bilingual in Spanish (additional pay)
