Description:

Provide support to Portfolio Teams in developing required capabilities. Provide systems engineering guidance to the Service Managers, plan integration between services, and develop service level performance parameters throughout solutions' lifecycles. He/She will collaborate with acquisitions engineers and operators to ensure solutions/products provide all the data and resources needed to successfully handoff day-to-day O&M to operators. Provide analysis of impacts across portfolios. Minimum Qualifications: 8 years of IT experience (A BS/BA can substitute for 4 years of experience), specifically in network and systems design and integration into an enterprise environment. Active SECRET clearance. Knowledge of IA controls. Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills.

Desired Qualifications: Prior DoD or USAF working environment experience a plus. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy experience. Experience, vendor training, and/or certification in one or more of the following services: Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, VMware, SCCM, SCOM, TMG, Mobile Technologies (Blackberry, AirWatch, Acronis, etc.). Certificates: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (Security ). Remedy Incident Management and Change Management.
