I am currently hiring up to 200 Remote Benefits Counselors / Customer Service Representatives. Roles are remote, however require candidates to by physically located within 1 hour of the following hub locations for equipment pickup :
Tampa, FL
Sunrise, FL
Dallas, TX
Houston, TX
These roles will assist a major employer benefits provider in their peak open enrollment season and are a seasonal contract role.
There is bonus potential for those who successfully complete the contract and have perfect attendance / great performance metrics during the contract.
Schedule :
Must be available 7am - 9pm EST (6am - 8pm CST) including weekend scheduling for the peak season
Description :
This position is for a seasoned support staff in Customer Service who works independently under moderate supervision for routine situations.
He or she conducts research to respond to more difficult customer inquiries and answers, documents and monitors call center interactions.
This is an Inbound Call Center educating and enrolling participants on Health & Benefits Enrollments for the upcoming year.
