This role will lead our marketing efforts and drive the success of our product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, product management principles, and market dynamics.

They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Pricing Strategy : Collaborating with pricing teams to set competitive pricing for the product.
• Product Positioning : Defining the unique value proposition of the product and positioning it effectively in the market.
• Go-to-Market Strategy : Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to launch new products or features.
• Product Launches : Planning and executing product launches to create buzz and generate demand.
• Messaging and Communication : Creating compelling messaging and communication materials to promote the product.
• Sales Enablement : Providing sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and collateral to sell the product effectively.
• Travel to customers and dealers to understand their operations and pain points is required

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience
• Must be driven, curious, and versatile
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Must possess the following skills : strategic thinking, project management, collaboration, attention to detail, and have a results driven mindset.
