Description:

This part-time role will be responsible for managing the Financial Advisor Photo Program which entails gathering, approving and coordinating distribution of profile photos of the firm's Financial Advisors.

Partner with branch team members to ensure their profile images represent their practice and the firm in a brand-aligned manner

Understand program requirements and processes, and apply knowledge to day-to-day work

Ensure incoming photos from FAs meet brand and technical standards necessary to support all internal and external channels that display FA photos. Role will be responsible for reviewing photo submissions and approving or rejecting them based on established brand and technical standards.

Perform quality assurance checks and resolve issues, partnering with other firm stakeholders and vendors as needed

Coordinate new photo submissions with firm photographer and IT team

Support issue and risk identification and perform associated troubleshooting.

Provide prompt and timely service to branch associates on a daily basis, and partner with them to resolve issues and/or enforce program requirements.

Team Details

This role will reside in Agency Operations within the Company Agency (Brand COE). Other roles on this team include a digital asset manager, project leader responsible for Agency technologies, a traffic manager and a photo asset manager. This role will report to the Department Leader.

This role will work closely with another EBM admin who supports part of the FA Photo program.

Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with digital asset management best practices

Experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Creative environments highly preferred

High-level understanding of basic principles of quality photography
