As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be a key player in our growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients.

This dynamic role involves a combination of "cold-calling," nurturing existing relationships, attending industry events, and working closely with customers to provide them with the right products and services.

Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Job Duties :

  • Prospecting : Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, and participation in trade shows and conferences.
  • Consultative Sales : Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and explain how our products and services can address those needs effectively.
  • Product Knowledge : Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products based on their needs, product specifications, and industry regulations.
  • Product Expertise : Highlight the features and benefits of our products and provide insight into their capabilities and limitations.
  • Customer Inquiries : Address customer inquiries about product pricing, availability, and usage, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Negotiation : Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.
  • Order Processing : Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to fulfillment.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to exchange information on sales strategies and share marketing insights.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their purchases and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • CRM Usage : Utilize HubSpot CRM as a tool to streamline sales processes and maintain customer records.
  • Independent and Teamwork : Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
  • Market Expertise : Possess extensive knowledge of the metals and contract manufacturing markets, enabling you to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Strategic Skills : Apply strategic thinking, business planning, and results-oriented approaches to achieve sales targets.

Requirements :

  • Interpersonal Skills : Must have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Educational : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Sales, Metal Sales, Mechanical assembly sales, or related fields.
  • Leadership Experience : Proven experience in Sales & Marketing leadership within a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a focused and dedicated work ethic.
  • Communication : Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write procedures, budgets, and strategic marketing and sales plans.
  • Marketing and Sales : Extensive experience in executing marketing strategies, implementing sales growth plans, and building strong customer relationships.
