TEKsystems is Hiring an Order entry specialist Near Bannockburn, IL
Job Description / Job Duties :
- This is NOT a high call volume position, this is a HEAVY email and customer service position!
- This is a Fleet management company
- This opening is on the Customer Support team, they support the account managers who manage the fleet
- Assist with ordering vehicles, assist with anything customer service related
- For example, my vehicle has been impounded . It’s this customer service reps job to help the drivers and educate them on the service that they need in the future
- Answer a high volume of customer EMAILS - Must be able to think outside of the box and problem solve
- Must be comfortable making a few outbound calls, Follow up with customers on inquiries and insure all data is accurately notated into the system

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
MUST HAVE :
- 2 years of customer service experience (Office)
- Strong written and email communication
- Proficiency in the English language and ability to relay communications with properly formed (grammatically) sentences
- Proficient with computers and MS office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Basic Excel (Ability and willingness to learn it)
- Achieved a HS Diploma
