Description :

1.Scanning and filing of patient records in our four locations into our Electronic Medical Record

2.Retrieving, reviewing and scanning / dropping faxes into shared drive folders

3.Handle all record requests and release of information requests (ROI)

4. Serves as point of contact for many primary care physicians who are referring patients to CHV

Qualifications :

• diploma or GED
• min 6 months work experience in data entry OR customer service in healthcare
