TEKsystems has partnered with a real estate and insurance provider, seeking to hire HYBRID customer service representatives

Pay: $17.00/hour

Training Schedule is 9:30-6 for the first four weeks

Schedule After Training: 10:30am to 7pm Monday through Friday REMOTE 3 days/week

Responsibilities:

• Handle about 50-80 inbound calls per day pertaining to mortgage and insurance related inquiries.
• Callers with be borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
• Field calls from both mortgage and insurance lines
• Multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.
• Respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both our internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis.
• Follow up with borrowers, agents and financial institutions on any related matters that could not be resolved on the first call

Qualifications:

• 1 year of consistent customer service experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Can type 35 WPM
