Healthcare Rep

Responsibilities :

• Investigate claim status through online systems
• Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
• Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
• Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
• Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner
• Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned
• Advocate for the customer : explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood

Requirements :

• Call center experience and understanding metrics / expectations
• Ability to do research and light analysis - why was the claim denied or only partially paid?
• Must have excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently

Pay : $19

Shift : Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Duration : Long Term

Location : Salem, OR
