Currently hiring for 2 Bilingual Medical Schedulers in Baltimore, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel.
• Serves as a liaison between patient and medical staff. May include outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling responsibilities.
• Responsible for pre-registration, registration, appointment confirmation, scheduling, rescheduling, insurance verification, with medical record tasks such as record requests, printing Immunization records, copies of referrals, lab slips etc.
• Assist patients by tasking messages through EHR to providers and clinical staff.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Contract to hire opportunity with health benefits and a 401k

**Candidates must meet CDC requirements and have at least 1 year experience within the healthcare environment. **
