Our client, a healthcare company located in Franklin, TN is looking to hire an AR Specialist to join their team ASAP!

previous healthcare experience is preferred

Details :

• Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p
• Hybrid role (after training, there is the opportunity to work from home for 2-3 days per week)
• Contract to hire

Description :

• Works closely with insurance carriers for reimbursement requirements to ensure payment.
• Reviews outstanding AR accounts and contacts insurance for reimbursement explanation.
• Resolves denials and investigates to prevent future denials
• Effectively identifies trends that inhibit timely payment and escalates to management and operations to resolve root cause issues
• Working 30 accounts per day
• 10-15 calls per day
• Not on the phones with patients much but will be speaking with insurance companies

Experience :

• 6 months to 1 year
• Experience with medical insurance follow up in relation to denials
• Experience with medical insurance claims
• Experience working with insurance companies to resolve outstanding payments
