Accounts Receivable Specialist

We partner with healthcare organizations to deliver best-in-class, end-to-end behavioral health solutions that combine evidence-based care pathways, advanced technology, and high-quality providers. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the company's receivables process. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, monitoring customer accounts, and following up on outstanding balances. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due accounts
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Manage company's cash flow
• Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports related to accounts receivable
• Assist with month-end close activities and other accounting projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance/accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with customer service and conflict resolution is a plus
