Description:

*Installation and configuration of Virtual Apps and Desktops, ADC (NetScaler), storefront, Profile Management and windows server management* Experience of current resource: Upgraded entire Citrix Infrastructure (new ESXI hosts going from XenApp\XenDesktop 6.1 to 7.15) Created project plan, implemented upgrades, tested, and cutover successfully. Designed new SCCM environment (now MECM) to assist helpdesk with Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration as well as being useful for new PC setups. Reduced new PC build times from an all day process to < 30 minutes. Migrated Windows Server 2008 file server on one 6TB RDM disk to a fully redundant configuration utilizing multiple physical locations and file replication between servers. Racked, wired, and configured 12 new ESXI hosts. Reconfigured old hosts for new test environment. Deployed and configured new certificate authority pair with primary\subordinate CA. Setup Office 365 tenant and migrated company from on-prem Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams. Migrated 1500 Exchange 2013 mailboxes to Office 365. Configured conditional access policies for all externally accessible apps in use by the company to use Azure MFA and SSO. Migrated MDM for company and personal devices from VMWare's Airwatch to Microsoft's Intune. Migrated backups from old Avamar solution to new Rubrik cluster. Migrated PACS (30 TB of x-ray images) from Dell EMC VNX SAN to Dell EMC Isilon cluster.

3 days remote / 2 days onsite - Must start onsite 5x a week for approx a mth to get up to speed. They need someone with good Azure\O365 experience versus someone purely Citrix because they believe moving to Azure VDIs would be a more cost effective solution and better long term option. Their PCs are already co-managed between MECM and Intune so they prefer a candidate who has experience managing windows in Intune, as it could shift a lot of stuff away from MECM and into the cloud
