Job Description
Systems Administrators perform admin level support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. Responsible for day to day operations and maintenance for 500 domain controllers across 2 networks and 10 domains. Candidate needs to be able to do basic service troubleshooting in Directory Services technologies to include but not limited to Enterprise Domain naming Service, Group Policy, Distributed file Systems, Sites and Services, Domains and trust, Public Key infrastructure to include certificate authorities and OCSP servers, Active Directory federated Services, domain controllers, replication, authentication, Microsoft identity Management, and Azure AD with a focus in 0365 integration. Typical duties include:
x Installing operating system software, patches, and upgrades
x Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system hardware, software, and networking
issues
x Configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning, and monitoring operating system software and
hardware
x Performing system backups and recovery
x Conducting server builds
x Complete troubleshooting issues related to Horizon VDI components
x Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for VDI Environment
x Provide Systems Administrator support to systems hosting complex operational
databases, software configuration control, and system interfaces for computer systems
x Maintains file servers, network access; documents, analyzes and troubleshoots systems
anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance
x Provide basic support of Identity Management roles, policies, hardware, software maintain
AD/GAL synchronization
x Directory Services support, including DNS, GPO, AADC, ADFS, DFS, Domains and Trust,
Sites and Services and Role Based Access Control
x Support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) roles, policies, hardware, software and procedures
needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store and revoke digital certificates and
manage public-key encryption.
x Troubleshoot PKI-related server and client issues to include middle-ware applications and
configurations.

Work Environment
Work will be performed inside a large facility with cubicles. Work assignments vary based on client requirements. Attendance
Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client. It is important to be able to work at least 8 hours a day for 5 days per week (Monday through Friday). Business Casual work environment but it is important to be professional as you will interact with all levels of leadership and need to know how to carry yourself and have good conversations.
