Description:
In this role, you will drive the development of new skincare products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our 'Less but Better' philosophy. This position requires a blend of creativity, market insight, and technical expertise to deliver products that enhance our customers' skincare routines and uphold our commitment to high-quality, effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the product development process, from ideation and formulation to testing, approval, and launch.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure product alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
Manage the product lifecycle, regularly evaluating performance and making adjustments to improve product success and customer satisfaction.
Develop detailed product specifications and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Oversee the production process, working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure products are produced to quality standards.
Implement and manage timelines for all product development projects, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
Prepare and manage budgets related to product development activities.
Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to think creatively and push boundaries.
Regularly report on product development progress and outcomes to management.

Must Haves:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Engineering. Advanced degrees are a plus.
5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, or related industries.
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficient in using project management tools and software.
Deep knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
