Description:
Seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer with expertise in 3D printing technology and new product development to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Process Engineer to play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our manufacturing processes with a focus on 3D printing and rapid prototyping. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in process engineering hands-on experience with various 3D printing technologies and a proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high product quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS
BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of MCAD software 3D modeling and 2D drafting
Experience in project management
Strong communication and writing skills
Scale Manufacturing experience
Manufacturing Execution System MES deployment and execution
Product Life Cycle Management PLM deployment and execution

PREFERRED SKILLS
FlexSim or experience with similar production simulation tools
Solid Works
SLS 3D printing failure mode analysis
Root Cause Analysis and DOE creation and execution
