Job Details
Entry level data center technician. Looking for early-in-career, motivated, coachable, IT professionals. Some prior hands-on experience(can be as little as 3 months), but soft skills are most important.
Responsibilities:
- Rack/stack
- Server hardware maintenance
- Troubleshoot Network connectivity
- Remove network cables as part of a datacenter decommission
- Use ticketing system
- Ability to login to chassis manager
- Run/Label/Stage Power & Networking cables
- Unbox, Movement, Staging of datacenter accessories for deployments
- Physical Audits of datacenter assets
- QC Cabling and labelling standards
- Handle complex RMA & swaps parts
- Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot Power, cable connections
