Description:
TEKsystems client is looking to immediately hire a contract Customer Service Support Specialist. This role will start as a 2-month contract basis and will have the potential to extend based on project needs and performance. This hybrid role will support the client's internal stakeholders as a first point of contact through both phone calls and ticketing system.
The Customer Service Support Specialist will support the role out of a new system for students.
  • It is expected that students who have an issue will connect with their advisory who will then connect with this line, but there is a chance students will connect to this line directly.
  • In such cases advisors will either:
    • create a ticket for support
    • call directly into the line
  • In either scenario the Customer Service Support Specialist will triage, and route based on issue and SOP.
  • Support on issues that could involve: students, scheduling, courses, or missing data.
Qualified Candidate:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills - clear and concise with great problem solving skills.
  • 1 year of following SOP's and processes
  • Proficient computer skills - MS office, teams, outlook
  • Having used a ticketing system or ServiceNow (considered an asset)
  • Must be able to work a hybrid model - Monday and Tuesday in office and every other Friday.
Scheduling:
Regular working hours - Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PST OR 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST
