Description:
- Designing and implementing network infrastructure for classified and unclassified networks across on-prem, hybrid-cloud, and native cloud environments, focusing on VMWare Cloud on AWS, AWS, and Azure.
- Documenting the networking infrastructure, data flows, security compliance, and ports-and-protocols requirements.
- Identifying and recommending future cloud networking capabilities for hardware, software, and new technologies.
- Participating in Agile and traditional project teams for the implementation of secure networking operations.
- Developing and implementing management and monitoring capabilities for proactive event identification to prevent incidents and outages.
- Serving as Tier III Networking support for vulnerability remediation, incident and outage response, including troubleshooting and vendor engagement.
- Providing training and mentorship to team members in areas of expertise.
- Maintaining documentation and security plans for the networking infrastructure.
