Job Description:

Apex Systems is looking for a Cloud engineer that can sit remotely in the United States. The client is looking for an experienced Azure cloud engineer with Terraform experience and that has an infrastructure focused background.
Requirements:

• Document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
• Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies
• Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
• Build and Maintain Reference Architectures for key infrastructure
• Assist in creating and executing strategies to design and maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Employ IaC to manage the environment
• Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
• When needed troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures
• Experience with O365 tenant configuration and operation
• Knowledge of Networking
• Azure certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of Azure operation
• Knowledge of Terraform and Azure Cli
• Knowledge of IaC
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Identity, Enterprise Apps, SSO\\SAML
• Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC
