Seeking a Business System Analyst in Honolulu, Hawaii.
FTE. 100% on-site in Downtown, Honolulu. Monday-Friday, 7:30 am- 4:30 pm.

Description:
Provides application support to user Departments. Acts as the key liaison between the business community, vendors, and Information Technology Systems. Translates departments' high-level requirements into functional specifications for ITS and manages changes to such specifications. Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems and applications to users. Responsible for implementation and support of applications, unit testing (quality assurance testing), requirements gathering, compiling, and synthesizing information with regard to technology processes and/or systems and support other IT devices, equipment and systems. Codes, defines criteria, performs testing, debugging and documents and maintains programs.
Open to entry-level candidates with 1-2 years of work experience directly related to end user support, technical data skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
Team is willing to mentor and teach candidate, must be willing and have aptitude to learn new skillset. And open to duties and task within the organization.
Top Skills' Details:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
1. MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of Data Analyst and reporting experience.
2. MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of experience working with end-users and customer service.
3. Experience with Tableau is a plus, this position will be assisting internal end users with issues, troubleshooting, and creating visualization dashboards.
