Role Description

As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling window treatments and furnishings, and utilizing your interior design expertise to assist clients in making informed decisions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide design recommendations, and oversee the ordering and installation process.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Interior Design knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with furniture and furnishings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the window treatment industry is a plus
• Degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
