Project Architect (Building Architecture) at Chicago, IL (Hybrid).

SOFTWARE AND SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture is required.
- Licensure or licensure track is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Healthcare projects is ideal.
- Proficiency in Revit preferred (5 years of experience)
- Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements required.
- 5 years of project experience in an architectural practice developing technical documents.
- Working knowledge of e-Builder and related Construction Admin Software is a plus.
Time Allotment
- 70% project related.
- 15% business development
- 15% administrative or as otherwise determined by the Principal.
