Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Rail & Accounting Associate. The Rail & Accounting Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to rail transportation and accounting. The role requires working remotely in the Omaha, NE area. Eventually leading to work a few

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in grain accounting and journal entries
• Knowledge of the railroad industry a plus
• Analytical skills
• Willingness to learn
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the food industry or supply chain management is a plus

Pay: $56,755.00 - $59,939.00 per year

• Grain accounting: 3 years (Required)
• Journal entries: 3 years (Required)
