About the Role

In this Pivotal role, within the personal injury legal landscape, your expertise, vision, and leadership will not only enhance our firm's operational dynamics but will also deeply impact the lives of our clients and the community we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and filing pleadings, depositions, mediations, trials, and hearings.

• Successfully resolving and examining new cases for litigation and qualitative projects.

• Responsible for Trying at least more than one jury trial a year.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, within the personal injury law sector.

• Demonstrated competent legal skills with the ability to join a team or drive a team towards excellence.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capable of articulating complex legal strategies.

• Experience in modern operational software and technology platforms, including File Vine, O365, and Lead Docket.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
