Atlas Medical Center is Hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager Near Fort Worth, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team at Atlas Medical Center. As a Medical Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing medical liens and facilitating the resolution of medical billing disputes between healthcare providers, patients, and third-party payers. As a key contributor to the Billing and Funding Departments, this position coordinates billing, records, legal requests, and maintenance of all aspects in the business. Your primary role will involve reviewing medical bills, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with lien regulations and legal requirements. You will work closely with legal teams, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, as well as experience with document management systems and legal case management.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist the office and providers in drafting documents
- Manage and organize case files and documents using document management systems
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain communication with patients and attorneys
- Prepare materials for final bills and packets
- Provide administrative support to doctors as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a law firm or legal department preferred
- Familiarity with document management systems and case management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Docs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
