Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nursing care within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create care plans for patients
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff in delivering compassionate and patient-centered care
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in nursing administration

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (RN or BSN OR LPN) in the state of [NE]
- Proven experience in nursing administration, preferably in a home care or nursing home setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in documentation review and quality assurance processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
