Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced family law attorneys to join our prestigious firm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively engage with the firm, collaborating closely with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and administrators.

Responsibilities:

• Draft various family law documents, including pleadings and correspondence.

• Provide legal counsel and develop customized strategies for clients based on their unique needs, guiding them toward appropriate courses of action.

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings.

• Responsively handle ongoing family law cases and collaboratively manage new cases, from initial consultation through trial.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in New Jersey.

• Minimum of three years of experience in family law, with preference given to candidates with additional experience.

• Ability to independently manage a caseload, make autonomous decisions, and possess some trial experience.

• Proficient in written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent research capabilities.

• Possession of an established client base is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
