  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required
  • Understand how to maintain confidentiality of records in accordance with Chapter 119, F.S., and Department policy. Required
  • Experience in researching legal documents, collecting and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents. Required
  • Experience providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests, Required 1Year.
  • Experience performing clerical functions and preparing correspondence Required 1Years.
  • Experience receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and tracking tasks Required 1 Years
  • Experience with agenda preparation and scheduling meetings.-Required 1 Years
  • Experience with DocuSign-Highly desired.
  • Experience with Adobe-Required 1 Years.
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in leasing-Highly desired 3 Years

Note: Looking for administrative Assistant who has experience in researching legal documents, collecting, and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents. Capable of passing a State of Florida criminal background check as outlined in Section 5, Scope of Work, subsection 5.H., Security Obligations, of this RF. Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, and preparing reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.10 - $25.00 per hour
