We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical contracting, with specific expertise in estimating and project management for commercial, retail, and high-rise residential construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of project plans to ensure successful completion.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and close-out.
Conduct detailed project estimations, providing accurate cost forecasts for labor, materials, equipment, and services.
Coordinate with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of projects.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and legal requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to address potential issues before they impact the project timeline or budget.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular inspections and coordinating necessary adjustments.
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure repeat business and new opportunities.
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical contracting industry, with a focus on commercial, retail, and high-rise residential projects.
Proven experience in project estimation, with a strong ability to forecast project costs accurately.
Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and building codes.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.
