Must Haves:
- Electrical Engineer (PE) with 3-5 years of experience OR Electrical Designer with 3-6 years of experience.
- Experience with MEP Design and High Voltage Projects.
- Ability to self-perform design services independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience designing electrical systems for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects.
- Experience with Electrical Codes, Voltage Drop Calculations, NEC Demand Load Calculations, Energy Code Compliant Design and etc.
- Experience with Low Voltage Systems (Fire Alarm Systems, Voice/Data Communications Systems).
- Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Experience. Revit experience is a PLUS.
Job Description:
- Responsible for drawing setup and design development of plans and specifications.
- Perform calculations for all electrical loads, create panel and equipment schedules.
- Provide construction support including: bid evaluation, submittal reviews, responding to RFI's, final walkthroughs, developing As-Built record drawings and etc.
- Evaluate Value Engineering and Estimating.
