    Tekonsha Community Schools is seeking to fill a full-time Food Service Director position beginning in June of 2024. The Food Service Director will oversee and manage all aspects of the food service department, to ensure that our food service operations are safe, efficient, cost-effective, and operate within all federal, state, and local regulations.
    All applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent educational experience, with academic major in specific area
    • Bachelor’s degree in any academic major and State recognized certificate for school nutrition directors
    • Bachelor’s degree in any academic major and at least 1 (one) year of relevant food service experience
    • Associate’s degree or equivalent educational experience, with academic major in specific areas, and at least 1 (one) year of relevant food service experience
    • High school diploma or GED and 3 (three) years of relevant food service experience
    Compensation: Commensurate with experience
