Responsibilities

What you get to do every day:

• Supports a Tier 2/Tier 3 desktop services support team providing:
  • On-call desktop software and on-call support for a broad user base
  • End user device support for workstations, monitors, client devices, voice devices, printers, scanners, plotters and personal IT devices
  • Desktop image management
  • Home directory and profile support services
  • Operations services for directory, authentication and user account management
  • DNS/DHCP domain services
  • Patch management support for windows devices across multiple networks
  • Performs advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
  • Develops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures

Qualifications

Clearance: Active TS (SCI eligibility) clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly is required upon application for initial consideration **This position is not open for any clearance upgrades or sponsorship.**

Education/Experience: Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience; 5 years of experience

Required Skills:

• Works seamlessly in a team environment
• Experience using Service
• Software Deployment and Network Patching
• Scripting experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting Windows & Linux environments
