We are looking for .Net Full Stack Lead .
W2 Consultants ( H1B Transfers Welcome to Apply )This is a Long Term Contract & Hybrid at Irving, TX.
Design and implement scalable and efficient full-stack architectures, considering usability, scalability, and performance optimization, and ensuring alignment with the overall system architecture and design patterns.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end components, utilizing languages such as JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Golang, and Rust, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces, ensuring seamless experiences across different devices and platforms.
Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization between front-end and back-end systems.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing designs, translating design mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect front-end implementations.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, promoting code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest full-stack development trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements and innovations to enhance the development process.
Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack-related issues, including compatibility, performance, and system integration, working closely with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will need...
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful full-stack projects and implementations.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience in designing and implementing full-stack architectures and modular web components, following best practices and design patterns.
Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles, and the ability to develop user interfaces that are user-friendly and visually appealing.
Experience integrating front-end applications with back-end APIs and working with RESTful or GraphQL interfaces.
Solid understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Golang, and Rust, and proficiency in building scalable and efficient back-end systems.
Strong familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and proficiency in using development tools and build systems.
Experience with full-stack testing frameworks and methodologies, such as Jest, Enzyme, Cypress, or equivalent.
