Workclosely with business owners / requesters or design architecture onunderstanding requirements and documenting requirements.
Performs analysis on billing systems billing data andprocesses to determine the best billing design andsolution.
Analyze recurring issues and assistin developing process and system improvement.
Maintain current and complete procedures / guidelines for billingprocesses.
Good knowledge on billing systemcode configuration billing system experience related to campaignsrates packages taxes.
Good knowledge ondatabase reporting tools queries SQL macros REST API.
